Bush-Libby Commutation Unsurprising
Honestly, is anyone really surprised that Bush commuted Libby's sentence? I mean, he doesn't really have anything to lose, politically. He is already going down as the worst, most disliked president in US history. I won't hurt him to help someone who covered his ass for him.
Honestly, acting surprised at this is like being shocked that the cute chick in the horror movie; the one who went upstairs to investigate that strange noise, by herself, in the dark, at midnight, in the rain; ended up coming back down the stairs sans several essential body parts.
I mean, come on folks.
